I am a document preparer and a form preparer and consultant.
I have a document and form preparation service for those who need basic and advanced document preparation for any reason. I can write and complete document preparation for all reasons and needs of you, the client. I wish to make it clear that I am not an attorney, and cannot give legal advice. I only help prepare the documents you need.
I have done forms and documents for attorneys at their request from time to time to help them state succinctly their general document preparations and forms and bureaucratic correspondence. I can, however, consult, write and edit forms that the customer is unfamiliar with, or who for those need assistance in preparing. I do all available types of forms in use today, in addition to any customized forms and templates that the customer needs. I have completed many, many general writings and forms for clients to help them get through the writing process successfully in their own document preparation.
Writing is my main area of expertise. I have learned that good, clear, pinpointed, truthful writing accomplishes many things in life, and in dealing with the many aggressive bureaucracies that everyone encounters every day in America.
I have done many things in my professional life. I am a licensed and certified process server, a licensed private investigator and private investigative agency, a licensed Florida claims adjuster and Notary Public.
I also do excellent copywriting for customers at their request. This includes sales letters and emails. Besides document and forms preparation, I will complete formal and informal letters for the customers along with addressing complaints of all matters of concern to the customer, addressing and sending these letters to the proper person in charge.
I am an expert on forms and bureaucracy. The proper addressing of these will generally be successful for the customer dealing with them with my assistance.
I have also assisted trial attorneys in court with identifying evidence and have been responsible for the assisting of picking juries in jury matters in court, including both civil and criminal matters.

I have helped many individuals draft and write their FOIA ( Freedom of Information ) requests to the federal government, and F.S. 119 requests to the state agencies of Florida. This goes for some of those nasty letters people get from so-called collection agents.
I have the knowledge and ability to evaluate all types of writing and forms and bureaucracy, “scary” letters sent to you by companies and individuals.
